Figure Classification (Odd One Out)

Master this topic with zero to advance depth.

Introduction

In Figure Classification, you are given a group of figures (usually 4 or 5). All of them except one share a common property or follow a rule. Your task is to identify the figure that is different from the others (the Odd One Out).

Common Rules

1. Rotation: All figures might be rotated versions of the same shape, except one which is a mirror image.
2. Number of Elements: Count lines, dots, or sides. The odd one might have a different count or parity (odd/even).
3. Division: Check how figures are divided (equal/unequal parts).
4. Orientation: Check direction of arrows or opening of shapes (e.g., all face center except one).

Structural Logic

Compare the structure: Close vs. Open figures, Straight lines vs. Curved lines, Intersecting vs. Non-intersecting.
