1. Education Sector (2023-24)

  • Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Schools: Target to open 1,000 schools in rural and 1,000 in urban areas to provide quality English education.
  • Mukhyamantri Bal Gopal Yojana: Providing milk to students of classes 1 to 8 in government schools on all school days (daily).
  • Free Uniform Scheme: Two sets of free uniforms for government school students up to Class 8.
  • RTE Extension: Free education for boys also from Class 1 to 12 in private schools under RTE (Previously only for girls in Rajasthan).

2. Health Sector (Universal Coverage)

  • Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance: Coverage increased to тВ╣25 Lakh per family (integrated with Ayushman Bharat).
  • Accident Insurance: Coverage increased to тВ╣10 Lakh.
  • Infrastructure: Medical Colleges sanctioned in all 33 districts (older districts context). New colleges in Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Jalore.
  • Right to Health (RTH) Act: Rajasthan became the 1st state to pass this act.

3. Social Security & Welfare

  • Rajasthan Minimum Social Security Guarantee Act, 2023: 1st in India to provide legal guarantee of 125 days employment and minimum pension of тВ╣1,000/month.
  • Social Security Pension: Minimum тВ╣1,000 per month for elderly, widows, and disabled, with a 15% automatic annual increase.
  • Gig Workers Welfare: 1st state to pass "The Rajasthan Platform Based Gig Workers (Registration and Welfare) Act, 2023".
  • Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme: 125 days of guaranteed work in urban areas.

4. Key Flagship Schemes

  • Shri Annapurna Rasoi (formerly Indira Rasoi): Nutritious meals for тВ╣8 only. Number of kitchens expanded to 2,000.
  • Anuprati Coaching Scheme: Beneficiary count increased to 30,000 students for free coaching.
  • Indira Gandhi Matritva Poshan: тВ╣6,000 on birth of 2nd child.
  • IM Shakti Udan: Free sanitary napkins for women/girls.
